WORKPLACE Q SCHEME

By offering a Workplace Q Scheme there are significant savings and benefits to your company and employees. Under the scheme your company buys a number of places within one of our nurseries and your employees would then enter into a salary sacrifice scheme, giving up a specified amount of their salary, equal to the cost of the nursery place. The saving to the employee is that this amount would be tax FREE.

There is no minimum requirement in connection with the number of places your company buys. Subject to our terms and conditions with regard to serving notice, there is also no minimum amount of time that places have to be kept for.

Q EMERGENCY CHILDCARE

UK employees take thousands of days off work each year due to unforeseen childcare problems. This in turn costs UK businesses hundreds of thousands of pounds each year in lost time, loss of productivity, temp costs etc…

The Q Emergency Childcare Scheme is an insurance policy against such eventualities. Under the Scheme your company purchases a number of places at our nursery closest to you and should any of your employees regular method of childcare fail, they can contact the nursery and use one of the emergency places until their regular childcare becomes available again.

As with the Workplace Q Scheme there is no minimum number of places that your company has to buy. This depends on the amount of emergency provision you want to have. There is also no minimum amount of time that emergency places have to be kept.
