Management Structure
Each of nurseries is managed by an experienced manager, who has years of experience in childcare management. As part f the manager’s role they have direct responsibility for ensuring that our high standards are maintained in all areas.
Our nurseries are also monitored by area managers whose main role is to ensure that our nursery managers are carrying out their tasks effectively and in accordance with the high standards that we set them. In addition to the above, a member of our management team makes regular unannounced visits to each nursery to carry out inspections and keep in direct contact with our nursery teams and the day to day goings on within the nurseries.
