Our partnership with parents
We fully understand and appreciate that our parents need to be able to pursue
their busy lifestyles secure in the knowledge that their child or children are in safe
hands and are being well looked after. With this in mind, our aim is to provide your
child with as much love and care as you do.
Your child will have a key worker within their group who will act as your primary point of contact with us. When you collect your child at the end of the day your key worker will tell you about your child’s day with us including what activities he or she has undertaken and what achievements he or she has made. A more formal review of your child’s progress will take place at parent’s evenings throughout the year or upon your request.
In addition to the above, you will also find parent notice boards within the nursery and you will receive a nursery newsletter each month. Both of these will keep you up to date with the latest goings on within your child’s nursery and the Q nursery group as a whole.
As part of working in partnership with you, we welcome and indeed encourage your views on all aspects of how we operate your child’s nursery. In this respect please feel free to make suggestions as it is these ideas and suggestions that help us to continually develop and improve what we do and to maintain our ephos of being a nursery group run by parents for parents.
